Remark | 1.Screen Analysis: 100 grams of Steel Fiber to be cut into pieces and put onto a rotation sieve (14 mesh, 20 mesh, 40 mesh, 70 mesh, and 100 mesh) and rotates it for 10 minutes, then calculates the weight percentage through remainder on the sieve 2.Solid Value (ml/100g): 100 grams of Steel Fiber to be cut into pieces and put in a 500ml glass, puts glass on the vibrator to vibrate for 1 minute; then takes the reading of fiber volume and divided by 100 to obtain the data of the solid value 3.Oil Content: 10 grams of Steel Fiber to be cut into pieces and put into a triangle bottle, adds in 70-80ml of acetone solution, and places this triangle bottle into a pot with water and heats up for 5 minutes, waits for the reaction. After the response, pour away the acetone. And repeat this cleaning process for 3 times. After that, places the triangle bottle into a 150℃ heating furnace and heats for 45 minutes, then takes it out the triangle bottle.
